We're recruiting a Barista.Your main mission: Coffee craftsman, it is a matter of mastering this material as well as the making of hot and cold drinks. Propose a welcome and a quality service to our customers.- Preparation and opening of the point of sale- Possible installation of the terrace- Reception, information and assistance to the customer (suggestive selling)- Cleaning of the point of sale and permanent maintenance of the production and consumption areas- Storage of the reserve- Receipt and storage of orders- Beverage preparation according to Columbus standards- Preparation, cooking and sale of pastries, sandwiches and salads- Check the CSDs daily and inform the manager in case of any anomaly- Sale of by-products related to the activity (coffees, coffee cups, teas, etc.)- Collection- Maintenance of the various equipment and materials- Closing the point of sale and cleaning the premises and equipment- Participation in promotional and marketing operations (distribution of flyers)
