With your second gauge, you gain more and more advantageous status.

🐻 When you sign up, you’re an Indulgent Bear. We offer you a welcome coffee and your favorite muffin to celebrate your birthday.

🤎 When you get to 500 chips, you become a Passionate Bear. You get access to the ecocup of your choice, 1 muffin, iced tea or elixir for your birthday, and 1 free drink supplement every week (milk, syrup, espresso shot, or whipped cream).

👑 When you eventually get to 1000 chips, you become a Legendary Bear. You receive your favorite mug, 1 Columbus menu for your birthday, and a complimentary supplement in your drink at every visit (milk, syrup, espresso shot, or whipped cream).

How to join the loyalty program?

Visit the Columbus Café webapp to access your account on your phone, where you can view your currently available gifts, chip balance, purchase history, and information about your local coffee shop.
