Our tips

🍫 Baking tip

For a coffee shop look: shape generous balls and don’t flatten them too much. Add a pinch of fleur de sel before baking: it brings out the flavor of the milk chocolate. Vary your cookies: crushed hazelnuts, white chocolate, caramel chips…

🍪 When they come out of the oven

Leave to rest for 2 to 3 minutes before eating: the milk chocolate will remain melt-in-the-mouth and the contrast between crispy and soft will be perfect. Serve them while still warm to bring out the aroma of the butter and chocolate.
