🎄 Delivery before Christmas: deadlines

To guarantee delivery before Christmas, the latest shipping dates are as follows: December 18 for France, December 17 for pickup points, and December 15 for Europe. After these dates, timely delivery can no longer be guaranteed. Please note that some pickup points may be unavailable or overwhelmed during busy periods: in this case, packages will automatically be dropped off at another pickup point, which does not constitute grounds for complaint. If a package is not collected, it will be returned to our workshop. In the event of a dispute or damaged package, please provide as much information as possible (photos, invoice, sworn statement) to facilitate the processing of your request.

Home delivery

Have your coffee, sweets, or accessories delivered directly to your doorstep with ease.

Delivery times

Our teams prepare your orders within an average of 24 to 48 business hours.
Once shipped, your package is usually delivered within 2 to 4 business days to your home or selected pickup point.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs apply to private customers only. They are calculated automatically based on the contents of your cart and the delivery method selected.
👉 Free shipping from €49 applies exclusively to delivery in pick-up points.

• What delivery methods are available?

We offer two delivery options: Colissimo Relay or home delivery, and express home delivery.

• What is the difference between standard and express delivery?

Standard delivery allows you to receive your order within 2 to 4 business days at an affordable price.
For even faster delivery, express shipping guarantees delivery within 24 hours.

• Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver to several European countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

• What are the international shipping fees?

For European deliveries, shipping costs are €13.50 for orders under €49, and €26.50 for orders of €49 or more. Fees are applied automatically at checkout based on your order amount.

• Can I change my address after placing an order?

No, once the order has been placed, you can no longer modify your address.

• What should I do if my package is delayed?

If the estimated delivery time has passed, please contact us so we can check the status of your shipment with the carrier.

• Can I return a product?

Yes, you may return an eligible product within 14 days.
Items must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging to the following address: REGIS MARTELET P/C COLUMBUS – rue des Terres Franches – 21160 Marsannay la Côte.
Return shipping costs are at your expense.

• What should I do if my package is missing or damaged?

If you notice a missing item, a damaged parcel or an error in your order, please contact us via the contact form.
Please include: the subject of your request, your order number, a description of the issue and, if possible, photos.
Our team will get back to you quickly with a suitable solution.

• Where are the orders shipped from?

Your orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our workshop located in Dijon, Burgundy.
