To start on the right note: warm up the Columbus Bear Mug with a little hot water before pouring your espresso — your coffee stays warm for longer.
Prepare the Columbus Nespresso® Intensity 5 capsules as a short espresso (40ml) for concentrated aromas, or as a lungo (80ml) for a softer, more enveloping cup.
For the muffins: preheat your oven to 165°C. Mix the contents of the preparation sachet with 230ml of water. Add 30g of melted butter and mix. Stir in the chocolate chip sachet. Butter the mould and bake for 28 minutes. Enjoy warm with a Columbus espresso — the chocolate is still melting, the coffee still hot. The perfect moment.
