Unleash the power of spices! Our chai is a concentrate of pure spices (cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, etc.). For a perfect infusion, mix the powder with a splash of simmering water (around 85°C/185°F). Stir well to dissolve the coconut sugar and create a smooth, syrupy base before adding the milk.

The secret of coconut sugar: unlike white sugar, coconut sugar has natural notes of caramel and nuttiness.
