Croque Monsieur

Columbus Café croque-monsieurs are the warm lunch break that never disappoints. Two slices of country bread golden-toasted to perfection by our baristas, generously filled every day — to enjoy in-store or to take away.

• 🧀 In the Tradi version, it’s the absolute classic: ham, shredded emmental, and creamy béchamel sauce. Melting, comforting, and efficient — the one you order with your eyes closed on a Tuesday lunchtime or a Sunday morning.

• In the Roasted Chicken version, it’s the surprise that changes everything: pulled roasted chicken, mozzarella, emmental, and sweet pepper spread. More gourmet, a little more flavorful, and just as melting.
